Early Childhood Music Therapy

Join us in exploring music interventions that provide young children (newborn to age 5) with the extra support they may need in the areas of speech and language, motor development, self-expression and socialization. Music experiences are created based upon specific, targeted goals for each child. As the participants “music” together, non-musical skills are encouraged. No prior musical training is needed.

Spring 2019 Semester

Wednesdays, 4:15 - 5 p.m.

$18.50 per session (17 weeks); financial assistance is available.

Classes begin the week of January 21, 2019.

Please call the CMS office at 355-7661 to register or contact Cindy Edgerton, CMS director of music therapy, at edgerto3@msu.edu.
