Daniella Greene is an instructor of violin at the Michigan State University Community Music School and a member of CMS’ Suzuki Faculty. She is currently a Doctorate of Musical Arts Student at Michigan State University and serves as the teaching assistant for Professor Yvonne Lam. She received her Bachelor of Music from the University of Akron, and graduate degrees in Suzuki Pedagogy and Music Performance from the Hartt School at the University of Hartford. Daniella began teaching at Wadsworth Studio Strings in Ohio and served as a teaching assistant for the University of Akron violin studio. During her time in Hartford, Daniella directed a Suzuki Violin Program at Oak Grove Montessori School, managed her own private Suzuki violin studio, and coached chamber music through the Hartt School Community Music Division. In addition to being a passionate educator, Daniella is active as a performer and arts administrator. She has performed with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, Connecticut Virtuosi Ensemble, and Golden Scrolls Soloists. As an arts administrator, she has worked with educational programs and professional ensembles, and currently assists with the Crescent City Chamber Music Festival in New Orleans.
