Liudmila Bondar is an instructor of piano at the Michigan State University Community Music School.
Ms. Bondar has made music a part of her life since the age of five, when she began playing piano. She received her master’s degree in piano performance from Krasnoyarsk Institute of Fine Arts Russia, an Honors Degree in Church Music and Choir Conducting from St. Petersburg Theological Academy Russia.
After moving to the United States, Ms. Bondar received a second master’s degree in piano performance and piano pedagogy from Michigan State University under the direction of Albertine and Ralph Votapek and Dr. Midori Koga.
Ms. Bondar’s professional experience includes extensive solo performances both in Russia and the United States. She is known as a soloist, accompanist, chamber musician, and teacher in the greater Lansing area.
Currently, she teaches through the MSU Community Music School and at Lansing Community College and enjoys helping and working with students of any age and ability level.
