Dr. Lily Zhu, a professional violinist, educator, and content creator with over 8 years of teaching experience. She hold a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Violin Performance and currently is the orchestra member of Jackson Symphony Orchestra, and time to time serve as Assistant Concertmaster.

She specialize in helping violinists build strong technique, musical confidence, and audition-ready skills, especially players with small hands or shorter fingers who need techniques and fingerings tailored to their individual physiology.

Her students have recently earned achievements including:

• First Prize (Division I) at the Illinois Grade School Music Association District Competition （2026）
• Multiple students got positions in the Detroit Metropolitan Youth Symphony （2026）
• Concertmaster of the Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras （2025）
• Acceptance into the Novi High School Symphony Orchestra （2025）

Her teaching is structured, detail-driven, and musical, with a strong focus on rhythm, intonation, bow control, technique, and expressive playing.
