Children and Youth Choirs

Designed for children through adolescents, the Children and Youth Choir program helps students develop their singing voices as they grow. Utilizing teaching styles effective for each of the specific choirs, students will be challenged and engaged at each weekly rehearsal and also have the opportunity to learn through unique and enriching performance experiences.

Auditions for all CMS choirs will be available on the following date:

  • Sunday, September 8 from 3-5 p.m. (during CMS Fall Open House - sessions available on first-come, first-served basis)

Auditions are an informal process held with the Children and Youth Choir Director. Students do not need to have anything prepared for the audition.

Select the date that works best for you and call (517) 355-7661 or visit the CMS office to schedule an audition time. Sessions are scheduled in 10-minute increments.
