New Horizons Ensembles

The New Horizons program is made up of adult community ensembles designed for those who want to learn or relearn to play an band instrument or those looking to get back to playing alongside others with a similar love for music. 

All programs offer a relaxed and fun learning environment, and provide multiple performances to the community each semester.

Ensembles include:

  • New Horizons Adult Beginning Band (meets two days/week)
  • New Horizons Adult Beginning Band (meets one day/week)
  • New Horizons Adult Jazz Band
  • New Horizons Adult Beginning Orchestra (strings only)


Now recruiting members for all ensembles! 

Be a part of a community of people who love music as much as you. Don't worry if you have little or no music experience, we will get you started on the instrument of your choice and teach you how to play. Visit one of the ensemble rehearsals, and if you decide to join, you can register the same day!
